Initially, the focus was on making sure the business had the right funding for growth. This has included a mix of equity, bank debt, asset and invoice finance.
We’ve worked with the board to create dynamic budgets and forecasts that could be used both internally to monitor and track performance, and externally for investors and lenders.
During the pandemic, we did a lot of scenario planning work, which helped the owners make the right decisions to navigate their way through. We’ve also helped secure two funding rounds so far.
