Graduate Training Programme 2025

Change the game with us in accounting.

We’re delighted to be launching a graduate training programme for the first time in the company’s history. This will give 2 recent graduates the opportunity to kick-start their career in a fast-paced accounting environment, whilst gaining an ACCA qualification.

Who we are.

Headquartered in Dundee but with staff and clients spread across the country, we are a digital accounting business specialising in performance reporting for growth focused businesses. Winner of Xero’s Small Firm of the Year 2020, we’re more recently up for Employer of the Year at the Accounting Excellence Awards and Small Business at the Courier Business Awards.

We’ve designed an accounting service that is centred on helping business owners navigate the key challenges and opportunities they face. This involves putting client relationships at the core of what we do, enabled by a tech-led approach. Clients rely on us to provide meaningful insight into their business performance, not simply keep them compliant. This involves spending regular time with them and developing a deep understanding of their business and goals.

About the Role.

This is a unique opportunity to come in at a graduate level and develop all the accounting tools that you need in your locker to help build some of the UK’s most exciting businesses. This role will involve learning the ropes of bookkeeping, VAT & online accounting before progressing onto performance reporting & ad-hoc project work such as fundraising & forecasting. Whether you see your future in accounting, or more generally in running businesses, this role will fast-track that development.

Alongside the delivery of work, you’ll be funded through your ACCA training with the costs of study materials, exam and revision time all covered.

Whilst AM is a hybrid working team, you’ll be required to be within commuting distance of our Dundee office.
